The newest beer from the Genesee Brewery is a nod to the brewery's roots.
The Genesee Pilot Batch: Reisky & Spies Bourbon Barrel-Aged Old Ale was packaged Wednesday inside the Genesee Brew House. A mobile canning machine from Iron Heart Canning, which launched its Rochester operation in late May, was brought in to package 350 cases of the old ale.
